Rise Carmine (aka Liam Colbert) exists at the centre of a genre-less world. Colbert writes the kind of music that refuses to be contained by a single set of parameters. It’s an unabashedly eclectic sound, equally rooted in 90's indie rock as new-age psychedelia, and dabbles in anything with a pulse. Colbert writes all the music; he plays all the instruments; he records in his bedroom... This is the only way he knows how to do it.
